Here at East Coast, everything we do is about helping people encounter God and change deep beneath the surface. We believe worship is more than music—it’s a way of life that leads to real, lasting transformation. As worship leaders, we go first—not just in singing, but in pursuing Jesus with everything we have.
East Coast Church is one church in many locations, and each location has a worship team made up of people who call that location home. Even though we have multiple teams, we’re one family—and we love to jump in and help each other when needed.
We’re also passionate about raising up the next generation of worship leaders, which is why we have youth worship teams at both our Parkway (Merritt Island) and Viera locations.
Commitment — Serving regularly by signing up to serve, showing up prepared, and coming ready to lead others into God’s presence.
Spiritual Leadership — Leading not just with skill, but with a life that reflects the One we worship, both on and off the stage.
Community — We gather for Team Nights to connect, grow, be equipped, and pursue unity as a team and family.

That Heaven May Come - We want to be a presence driven worship team. Doing worship on Earth as it is in Heaven. (Revelation 4:10-12)
That We May Become - We want to be people that lead worship on and off stage making a change in the environment around us through our love for Christ in our actions, thoughts, and love for others. (2 Corinthians 3:18)
That Others May Worship - We want to lead others by serving them through our worship. We will not be self-serving in our planning or execution of worship. (Isaiah 40:3)
